Life Transitions
You might come to therapy as a couple feeling the weight of disconnection—conversations that keep ending in shutdown or conflict, trust that feels fragile, or a quiet sense that something important has slipped away. You may find yourselves wanting closeness but struggling to feel safe enough to reach for it. Or perhaps you’re a family navigating a season of stress, tension, or transition that has left everyone feeling pulled apart rather than together.
In our work together, we slow things down and get curious about what’s really happening underneath those patterns. I help partners understand how past experiences show up in present dynamics, rebuild trust, and develop skills for communication, emotional regulation, and genuine connection. For families, I bring that same curiosity to the relationships between parents and children—exploring what’s driving conflict or distance and building new ways of showing up for each other. Therapy with me is collaborative, compassionate, and honest—we focus on creating safety while gently challenging the patterns that no longer serve you.
Over time, couples often find themselves communicating more clearly, feeling more emotionally secure, and reconnecting with the reasons they chose each other. Families frequently leave with stronger bonds, better tools for navigating hard moments, and a renewed sense of trust—in each other and in themselves.
Therapy asks you to be vulnerable, honest, and willing to look inward—and in couples or family work, to do that alongside the people who matter most. My goal is to make that process feel as safe and supported as possible for everyone in the room. I see therapy as a collaboration where we show up together, get curious about what’s happening beneath the surface, and work toward the changes that matter most to you.
I take a holistic, relational approach—drawing on Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help couples identify underlying emotional needs and create more secure bonds, while also attending to the broader family stories and dynamics that shape how people connect and protect themselves. I show up with warmth, genuine interest, and zero judgment.
Morgan specializes in couples therapy, helping partners work through trust repair, communication breakdowns, and the relational stress that builds over time. She is trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), an evidence-based approach designed to help couples strengthen their emotional bond and break out of negative cycles. Morgan also works with families, drawing on her background in ABA therapy and her experience supporting children and teens to help parents and kids build healthier, more connected relationships. With academic training in Psychology and Social Work from the University of Alabama and currently completing a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy at CU Denver, Morgan brings both clinical skill and lived experience to her work. She also draws on her own experience navigating disability, bringing insight and deep empathy to clients carrying burdens others may not see. Through a warm, client-centered approach, Morgan helps couples and families move from disconnection and conflict toward understanding, trust, and lasting change.
Hi, I'm Milo...
Hi, I’m Milo and I’m four years old. I am a dark chocolatey lab who likes to spend my days begging for extra treats, playing fetch and wagging my tail so fast it knocks everything off the coffee table. I have the best job (mostly because I’m paid in treats) which is keeping my mom safe— she has POTS and MCAS so she sometimes needs extra help. I love laying in my cozy bed during therapy sessions to keep an eye on my mom, but I will sometimes want to greet you and sneak in some kisses too. I hope to meet you soon!

What Brings Me a Sense of Ease
My service dog, Milo, who manages to be silly and relatable both on the clock and off. Being outside and taking in the vastness of life, listening to music that fits my mood and connecting with a good book. You’ll often find me napping, looking for my next thrift store treasure or spending time with my friends eating burritos.
