When you’ve tried everything—staying patient, setting boundaries, talking it out—only to find yourself in the same painful place, it’s easy to feel discouraged. Old wounds, whether from childhood or past relationships, can make it hard to trust yourself, feel safe with others, or believe that real change is possible.
Many of my clients come to me feeling exhausted, hopeless, and trapped in patterns they don’t know how to break. Individuals carry the weight of past trauma, anxiety, or self-doubt, feeling like they’re constantly fighting against their own emotions. Couples feel like they’re speaking different languages, stuck in cycles of miscommunication, resentment, and emotional distance. Families—especially those with young children—experience daily power struggles, emotional outbursts, and overwhelming stress, leaving parents feeling like they’re failing despite their best efforts.
I help individuals, couples, and families navigate these struggles by providing a safe, supportive space where healing can begin. Through a mindfulness-based and a trauma and neurodiversity-informed approach, I guide my clients in understanding their emotions, breaking unhealthy patterns, and learning practical tools to create lasting change. Whether you’re seeking relief from personal struggles, trying to rebuild your relationship, or longing for a more peaceful home, therapy can help you find the way forward.
By the time therapy is complete, individuals feel lighter and more in control, couples rediscover connection and trust, and families experience more harmony and understanding. Parents feel more confident, children feel safe and supported, and relationships become stronger and more fulfilling.
You don’t have to keep struggling alone. Let’s take the next step together.
Slow breathing is like an anchor in the midst of an emotional storm: the anchor won’t make the storm go away, but it will hold you steady until it passes
