Individual Therapy for Anxiety & OCD
Do you find yourself replaying conversations, questioning your decisions, or feeling like your mind never truly slows down? Perhaps you spend hours seeking reassurance, trying to eliminate uncertainty, or feeling exhausted by perfectionism and people-pleasing. You may wonder, Why do I keep getting caught in these anxious thought loops? Why is uncertainty so difficult to tolerate?
Therapy offers a space to better understand these patterns and respond to anxiety differently. I integrate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), attachment-focused interventions, and relational therapy to help clients spend less time consumed by worry, build confidence in themselves, and create a life guided by values rather than fear.
Couples Therapy for Connection & Clarity
Relationships can be one of our greatest sources of connection, but they can also leave us feeling misunderstood, disconnected, or stuck in painful cycles. You may find yourselves having the same argument repeatedly, feeling unheard, or caught in a pattern where one partner pursues while the other withdraws. You might be wondering, Why do we keep having the same argument? Why does one of us shut down while the other pushes for connection?
Using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Gottman Method interventions, I help couples understand the emotions beneath conflict, identify the cycle they become trapped in, and develop new ways of communicating that foster greater understanding, security, and connection. Healthy relationships are not conflict-free; they involve learning how to navigate challenges together in ways that strengthen trust and emotional closeness.
Whether you are seeking support as an individual or as a couple, therapy can be a place to gain insight, build new skills, and move toward relationships, with yourself and others, that feel more grounded, secure, and meaningful.
