If you’re a couple who has had the same argument so many times you’ve stopped believing anything will change — or a woman who has spent so long taking care of everyone else that you’ve lost track of what you actually need — I want you to know that things can be different. I work with people who are tired of feeling stuck, whether that’s in a relationship that’s lost its spark, a pattern of anxiety that won’t quit, or a version of yourself you’re ready to grow out of.

I specialize in couples therapy and relationship work, drawing on the Gottman Method (Levels 1 & 2), Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Attachment Theory. What that means in practice is that we don’t just talk about your problems — we figure out what’s actually driving them, and we build real skills to change the dynamic. I also offer family mediation for families navigating conflict, parenting decisions, or separation, providing a structured, neutral space where everyone feels heard.

With individual clients, I bring the same practical, relational focus. Whether you’re working through anxiety, rebuilding confidence after a difficult relationship, navigating a major life transition, or parenting a neurodivergent child and needing real support — I’ll meet you where you are, without judgment, and without a generic plan that doesn’t fit your life.

I offer a free 20-minute consultation so we can find out if we’re a good fit before you commit to anything.

Camryn is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (MFTC) practicing under clinical supervision in Colorado — a standard licensing requirement that ensures clients receive both expert care and an additional layer of oversight. She holds a Master of Arts in Couple and Family Therapy from the University of Colorado Denver and a Bachelor’s in Human Services and Mental Health Counseling from Metropolitan State University. She is Gottman Level 1 & 2 certified, a Prepare/Enrich Certified Facilitator, trained in EFT through ICEEFT, and holds mediation training through the Colorado Bar Association. Prior to her therapy career, she worked as a Registered Behavioral Therapist with children on the autism spectrum, experience that directly informs her work with neurodivergent clients and families today.

The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams.
