I provide therapy to couples and families who struggle in parenting their ADHD, Autistic, or Neurodivergent kids. Oftentimes various executive functioning differences result in behavioral problems or issues in the classroom and learning. The behavioral issues can be frustrating and maddening to deal with as a parent without the right tools for your kid. The classroom issues can be confusing and disorienting. I truly believe that each child is unique and requires a different approach. Together we can work to better understand your particular child and family dynamic in order to better support both you and your child. My goal as a therapist is to create harmony, mutual understanding, and respect in both your relationship and your family.

I have experience working with many families and couples to both better support their children, get on the same page with parenting and increase their own ability to communicate effectively. I utilize the Gottman method to support couples issues and communication as well as my training and experience as a special education teacher to target our work with neurodivergence. I offer therapy for the individual, the couple or the family. Together we can determine the best approach to meet your needs.

If you’re ready to get started, I always offer a 20-min consult to see if we are a good fit. I’d love to help you or a member of your family get the help they need to live better.
