Maybe the stress has been building for a while. A divorce that's become more complicated than you expected, a child who is pulling away from you or the other parent, and you're not sure what to do next. Maybe anxiety has been quietly running the show, or a heaviness has settled in that you can't quite shake. Perhaps you're going through the motions in your relationships, feeling more distant from the people you love than you'd like to admit. Whatever it looks like for you, you're not alone in it, and you're in the right place.

I work with adults and families navigating some genuinely hard circumstances, including court-involved divorces where children are resisting contact with a parent, which can feel isolating, confusing, and emotionally exhausting for everyone involved. I also work with people experiencing anxiety, depression, and the kind of overwhelm that makes it hard to know where to even start. And I work with people who feel a creeping disconnection in their relationships, who love the people around them but can't quite find their way back to feeling close.

My style is warm and grounded, honest when it needs to be, but never cold or clinical. We'll go at a pace that feels right for you, work to understand what's really happening beneath the surface, and build skills you can start using right away. You don't have to have the right words when we begin. We'll find them together.

The goal is to leave feeling more like yourself again, steadier, clearer, and less alone with what you're carrying. That's what we're working toward, together.

Nathan is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Colorado and California with over a decade of experience, including work in juvenile justice, inpatient psychiatric care, eating disorders, and substance use. He has served as Clinical Director at several treatment facilities. If therapy hasn't worked for you before, he genuinely wants to know why, and do something different. Originally from California, Nathan now calls Colorado home, where he spends his time outdoors with his wife, their daughter, and their Dutch Shepherd.

"If you don't believe in yourself, nobody else will."
