As an AAMFT Approved Supervisor, I offer clinical supervision for those pursuing LPC and LMFT licensure, with a focus on supporting therapists working with couples, high-conflict families, court-ordered family therapy, and reunification cases.

Our supervision will center on developing your skills and expertise. Together, we’ll dive into the modalities and techniques you’re interested in, helping you build a toolkit that matches your professional goals. We’ll also work together to set specific goals for supervision, ensuring that each session is productive and tailored to your needs. I offer both individual and group supervision sessions, structured to keep you on track with your hours while providing a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

If you’re a student seeking an internship placement or a therapist ready to advance your licensure journey, I would be honored to support you along the way.

When relationships feel strained or disconnected, it’s common to wonder if happiness will ever return. Tensions may run high, and communication feels more like a battle than a bridge. You might feel alone, unheard, or even hopeless about ever finding joy in your relationships again. Each day can bring new challenges, and it’s easy to feel trapped in a cycle of conflict, silence, or misunderstanding. For many couples and families, the pain lies in a loss of closeness, where interactions feel more strained and less nurturing than they once did.

I am here to help you rediscover that closeness. Together, we’ll create a safe space where you and your loved ones can reconnect, learn to slow down, and truly listen to one another. I believe in practical, compassionate guidance that supports genuine understanding and healing. We’ll explore the underlying issues causing friction, develop tools for healthy communication, and work on building a foundation of trust and empathy. Therapy isn’t just about talking, it’s about finding practical ways to approach conflict, meet each other’s needs, and create a resilient relationship that brings joy and support.

In our sessions, we’ll use proven therapeutic techniques tailored to your unique situation to help you reconnect with each other on a deeper level. I’ll guide you through conversations that can feel challenging and give you tools to handle future issues with confidence. Through structured support and evidence-based practices, we’ll address the pain points in your relationships and work to create a space where understanding, appreciation, and care can flourish.

By the end of our work together, you’ll have a new sense of connection with your partner or family members, equipped with tools to sustain healthy communication, even during difficult times. You’ll notice that listening and empathy have become second nature, and conflicts no longer feel insurmountable. Many clients leave therapy with a renewed sense of hope and happiness, and they find that their relationships feel safe, supportive, and deeply fulfilling. With greater understanding and mutual respect, you’ll rediscover the joy and companionship that can make life’s challenges easier to face, together.

If you’re ready to take the first step, I’d love to offer a free 20-minute consultation to see how I can support you in restoring happiness and connection in your relationships.

What Brings Me a Sense of Ease

I love my Friday night routine, homemade pizza and a movie with the whole family. Trying to get two teenagers to agree on a movie doesn’t always happen but we still try!
