We all have a story to tell.
What I appreciated most about my own therapy was having a space that was entirely my own.
It was safe to talk about anything there.

Your Story
What do you need today? Do you need a safe place to land after all the chaos of your life? Do you need someone who will listen and really get you?
I love working with people who want to explore their stories in order to engage with change in their lives. I love helping my clients rediscover parts of themselves that they had lost touch with or discover strengths they never really knew they had. I work from a strengths-based perspective with a focus on attachment wounds.

Attachment refers to how you learned to engage with the world at an early age. Did you grow up in a traumatic environment? Were your parents or caregivers emotionally and physically available to you? We all learned to survive when we were young and sometimes those ways of surviving no longer serve us when we grow up. Kids are brilliant! They learn how to get their needs met. However, sometimes getting your needs met, needs to look differently as an adult.
